Home Health Care Supervision...
All of our staff are supervised on a continual basis by the appropriate personnel. A supervising Registered Nurse is on call 24 hours per day , 7 days per week. Supervisory visits are performed on a regular basis by a Registered Nurse to maintain the highest level of care available and to ensure appropriateness of care.
Communication...
Acting as key liaison between the client and the client's physician is an important communication tool to maintaining informed and effective health care decisions. As such, InterMED is committed to fulfilling this role by:
- ensuring that the physician has access to a client's home health chart;
- utilizing e-mail to inform physicians of changing health care conditions;
- calling a physician by telephone for immediate needs or concerns; and
- holding regular case conferences on each client case with team involvement.
Available Hours For Home Health Care …
Our professional staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They can provide as little as 4 consecutive hours once a week to as much as 24 hours a day, day or night, weekday or weekend or even holidays. You choose the hours that are right for you. |
